Our PastorCarl FrazierIn addition to being the shepherd of NHLCC, Pastor Frazier serves in many community leadership capacities including Treasurer of Communities Creating Opportunity (CCO Kansas City), Vice Chair of the State Kairos Prison Ministry and International Kairos Torch Prison Committee; Board member of the Center of Peace and Justice (Topeka); and the Kansas Inter-Religion Roundtable.
Pastor Frazier is bi-vocational and has worked for the Department of Agriculture for over 32 years in the financial arena and is currently serving as Financial Management Analyst for the Risk Management Agency’s (RMA) Chief Financial Officer. He previously worked for the Kansas City Health Department HIV Services division as Program Manager of the Housing for People with HIV and AIDS (HOPWA ) program. He is married to Linessa Walker Frazier and they have three lovely children (LaRonta 34, Carleigh 21, and Emersen 18) and two wonderful grandchildren. |
